This beautiful and charming holiday home has a lovely walled garden, with summerhouse & alfresco eating areas, a rare pleasure in old Padstow. The Clearveiw woodburning stove, brings a cosy touch to those chilly winter evenings. School Cottage, simply oozes peace & relaxation!

This delightful room offers a sunny window seat overlooking the garden, two comfy sofas, books, games, a flat screen TV, Bose audio/visual system and docking station. The Clearview woodburning stove completes the picture for those chilly winter evenings (logs supplied).

The lovely farmhouse style kitchen is fully equipped to a high standard, with dishwasher, gas hob, double oven & microwave. The lovely big old pine dresser with the table and chairs makes it the perfect place to enjoy a meal after a long day on the beach or trekking the coastal path.
Generous Cloakroom
Next to the sitting room, a generous sized cloakroom with full sized washbasin & toilet, works well as facilities for the twin bedroom.
Double Bedroom A
With king-size pine bed, ample sized wardrobe, and original old-school style window overlooking the garden.

A spacious room with a traditional style iron bedstead, original old fireplace, and walk in wardrobe.

Trelissick gardens well worth a visit.

A Fabulous cottage - wonderful find!! Enjoyed long
breathtaking walks and cream tea's by the roaring
fire - even managed dinner in Stein's seafood restaurant
and had a fantastic evening - totally relaxed for the
beginning of term!
